Mat Pilates is a fun class of muscle strengthening for the deep core muscles.  Along with great stretches, where else can you lay flat on your back for most of the time and learn how to flatten tummy muscles quickly? Join us for our new “Core Fitness” Group Exercise class being offered at 45 2nd Street Pike with Diane Manni. This class will include cardiovascular training, core strengthening exercises and movements to improve overall strength, flexibility and fitness levels. All fitness levels are welcome to participate in our exciting new offering. Please wear comfortable exercise clothes and sneakers and bring a towel. No registration is required.
