Post-Operative Garment Support

This program was established to provide financial assistance to surgical/radiation/chemotherapy patients for purchasing items such as lymphedema sleeves, breast prosthesis, and post-surgical undergarments. After breast surgery, there has been a physical change but the real you is still there – with the same wants, desires and needs. You want to look and feel like the woman you always were – and still are. HCF works with Jay Ann Intimates (Formerly The Profile Shop) to support this vital program and help bring the real you to the surface.

Jay Ann Intimates is a unique specialty shop featuring lingerie, swimwear, loungewear, and a complete post-breast surgery department. They care about your comfort and their trained fitters can answer any questions.
