Tapping or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a form of psychological acupressure that uses a gentle tapping technique instead of needles to stimulate traditional Chinese acupuncture points. Tapping on designated points on the face and body is combined with verbalizing the identified problem. Combining tapping and talking, EFT balances the energy system which allows the body and mind to resume their natural healing abilities. The end result is relief from emotional issues, particularly anxiety, fear and depression, as well as having a positive impact on physical well-being. EFT is safe, easy to apply, and is non-invasive.
This session offers healing support to breast care patients during and after illness by utilizing a combination of EFT, AK and QT. Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a system for evaluating body function by muscle testing in a precise manner to determine what may be wrong in many of our body’s systems. Quantum Techniques (QT) is an energy therapy similar to EFT. An evaluation is conducted during the session via AK to determine which parts of your energy system need re-balancing through application of EFT and QT. AK can also be used to determine if there are environmental factors (foods, inhalants, etc.) that may be contributing to your physical or emotional symptoms.
