Learning to listen deeply to our bodies messages, while also addressing our emotional and spiritual imbalances, allows us to go beyond symptom relief to restore optimum health and vitality.
Yoga, Reiki and Aromatherapy are all modalities used to restore balance in the body, mind and spirit and thus can be used to treat a wide variety of issues within varying populations of people.
Joan is a recent graduate of Donna KaranÂ’'s groundbreaking Urban Zen Integrative Therapist Program (www.urbanzen.org) where eastern healing techniques are used in combination with western medicine in a holistic approach to patient care.
